Family house in a slope

The aim of the thesis: "Family house in a slope" is the development of detailed documentation to build a house for four people on the lands number 145 and 130/8, in the village Albrechtice nad Orlicí. It is necessary to integrate the object into the surrounding buildings and it fitted properly into the sloping terrain and benefit not so attractive building land. The roof over the object will consist of two independent shed roof. The main entrance is from the adjacent road on the upper floor. The supporting part will be consist of a combination of concrete blocks - BEST formwork and ceramic bricks POROTHERM Profi. Non-bearing part will be consist of system POROTHERM Profi. The roof will be concrete roofing BRAMAC Natura. Building envelope will be warmed by a contact ETICS ending with a gray facade on the lower floor of a ventilated facade Cembrit Zenit reddish color in the upper floor. Doors and windows are wood with a golden oak color shade.

The object of work is the preparation of project documentation for a family house in the cadastral municipality Lidečko. The house is a detached, two-storey, basement building on a slope. It is designed as a single family for a family of four. In the basement there is a technical part of the house, including a garage for one car. The first floor consists of a common part of the house, the second floor functions as a particularly quiet zones.The building is based on concrete footings. Peripheral masonry basement walls are concrete poured into shuttering blocks from BEST. Other vertical supporting structures are of Porotherm. Ceiling structures and staircases are monolithic reinforced concrete. Roofed by a gabled roof, wooden roof. The roof has ceramic tiles Tondach Francouzká 12 building will be insulated contact insulation system ETICS.
Fire station

The subject of the diploma’s thesis is elaboration of design documentation for execution of an fire station. The fire station building will be used for the continuous performance of the fire protection units of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic for the Olomouc region. The fire station is divided into two operating units. The first part is three storey, partly basement – administrative. The second ground floor is consist of garage spaces and technical background. Both units are dispositionally and operationally interconnected. The structural system in the part of the administration and technical background is wall transverse system made of clay blocks, except of perimeter basement walls, which are lined with concrete fittings (lost formwork). The garage spaces are formed of precast concrete frame. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat roof. The whole object is insulated with a certified thermal insulation system.

It is a building with four above-ground floors with partial basement including twelve dwelling units. The structural system is wall transverse system made of clay blocks, except of perimeter basement walls, which are lined with concrete fittings (lost formwork). The ceiling structure is made of ceramic concrete ceiling beams POT and MIAKO inserts. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat roof. The whole object is insulated with a certified thermal insulation system. The entrance to building is from the north. On the plot there is parking for sixteen cars.
